Address Change

Do you want to change the delivery address? Please notify us as soon as possible at info@PackYourWay.com.
If the tracking shows the item has already been delivered, unfortunately it is too late to change the delivery address.
If no tracking number has been generated or tracking shows the package is in transit, please provide the order number and new delivery address via our Contact Us page. Our team will advise you on your next steps. Please try chat first if there is no tracking number yet.
 

Product Not Functioning

If the product is not functioning, the customer is requested to present a video clearly showing the malfunction. This will help our Quality Assurance team to identify recurring issues and improve our products.

 

Cancellations

If the tracking shows the item has already been delivered, unfortunately it is too late to cancel the order.

If the item is still in transit:

  • We ask that our customers to refuse the packages at delivery
  • Inform our team at returns@PackYourWay.com and include
    • Order number
    • Return and refund request
    • Pack Your Way will contact the carrier to request them to return the parcels to the sender.
  • If it is confirmed that the order has been successfully returned, the refund will be processed.

If the item has not been shipped:

  • Ask customer services at returns@PackYourWay.com to cancel the order and include:
    • Order number
    • Refund request
  • We will confirm the cancellation
    • Sometimes your order may be in the final stages of shipment and cannot be stopped. We must first contact our Logistics team and will notify you as soon as we receive their confirmation.
